Served by this API, so it cannot report this API being down: when a call fails with 5xx, a timeout or overloaded_error, read https://status.patternode.com/api/v2/status.json before alarming. Cheap and not billed; poll at most once a minute. For past months' indicators, per jurisdiction, use GET /v1/service_levels.
